Acceptance
You agree to be bound by and accept this agreement as applicable to your purchase of product(s) from Columbus Electronics. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Availability
Item availability and prices of all products sold at Columbus Electronics are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®, and Discover®. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
We accept money orders, cashier's checks and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We reserve the right to charge a fee on all returned checks.
Shipping Charges & Taxes
Charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice(s). Unless Customer provides Columbus Electronics with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to Columbus Electronics acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated.
Return Policies
Products purchased from Columbus Electronics by a customer may be returned given the product is in new, resaleable conditions, in original boxes, containing original books and accessories. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Speakers are non-returnable. All returns must have a Return Authorization number, obtained by calling (402) 564-5531.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its Associates from and against any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal fees and expenses), alleging or resulting from your use of Columbus Electronics.com in violation or breach of the Terms of Use.
